lag fps after patch

guys do anyone have the same prob my problem is iam playing and in some intervals of time i get lag from my fps i have normal fps 80 suddenly it goes down to 10 and i got a helly lag that i cant shoot or aim do anyone have this prob or z8 moderators know about it coz it is a serious shiit i cant play i hated the game already
