Trouble with Dog Tag system

I have been receiving lots of "s" 's in dog tag although only one "s" pops up on dog tags. Help please?

Its on random you just have a hell of bad luck trust me i been through it, i got S's like 5 times streaks lol.

There is a S and a S², they are not the same tag.
