Hi my name is Luiz. on 17/09/10 14:46.
I made a bank transfer, to buy Z8Games Points.
today 01/10/10 when I visited the website, I wanst found the payment method Gate2Shop, not included more in the Website.

when I made the payment, I read the website, that would come Z8Games Points in 10 days.

I live in luxembourg, was wondering if any problem occurred with my deposit.

I was use the gate2shop in the website of Z8game to buy some zp

100.000zp + 10.000bp

i was pay 61,25 EUR

can someone help me please
idk what i need to do

You need to use the web form to request support.

You should send the support request again. Make sure you fill out all the boxes and put as much information as you can.

Their getting flooded with hack reports probably. Saiden stated himself that the Speed Hack and 1 Shot kill were priority. Besides, it usually takes a while anyway. Anywhere from a few days to a week or more.

I understand they must be getting hammered with hack reports, I've sent about 5 in the past couple of hours, but I would have thought someone who has paid money has a higher priority than idiot hackers who probably haven't paid for anything. But then again, alot of us have paid and we want rid of the hackers. They just cant win can they

And he has been waiting 2 weeks, since 17th September.
