Ak-47 Gold VS M4A1 Gold

Hellos guys! I'm about to get one of these guns and I wanted to know from other crossfire players, which one they think is better? I mean I know that Ak has crazy strength and high recoil, and M4 has good recoil and accurracy but is weaker, and I'm fine with both of the normal and silver models, but which one should I get if I'm an all around kind of player?

I dun think none of the golden guns are. But thats just me. AK47-Gold does look and feel better though.

Ak would be my pick. But if you can't handle recoil, go with m4. But also, m4 is best known as an all around gun, may suit you better.

Actually reg m4 is a really good gun for single hs and 3 or 4 round bursting.
But if u have a ping below 50 and u can tap shooting ak is beast.
Trust me i saw ppl with 13 ping ( ControL_L from Lifeline ) using it pwns in the right hands

Yay I'm the kind of person with awsome ping and good fps!!! But stills I'm getting a tie here guys. LOL this kinda sucks. I'm seeing 3 people for M4 and 3 for ak LOL
Anyone else wanna share their opinion?

But, I have M4A1-Si and AK-SI and AK-SI is better for me, even if I use M4-SI in all matches . AK-SI is like my protector, I use M4-SI, when I see that they're pro players, I go with the AK-SI.

AK Gold, silencer is worth losing 3 bullets for. This makes the M4A1 less attractive.

If you're good with AK, then definitely get the AK Gold. Especially since you already have the M4 Silver, which in my opinion is the best M4 after the Custom.

Since most players don't have helmets. Both ak and M4 can get 1 shot kill if u shoot the head regardless the distance. So i will choose m4 gold over Ak gold It has lower recoil and weight.

It's as simple as this. IF(!) you can handle the AK its a better weapon in almost every situation comped to the M4. And actually after a while with active AK playing you'll know how to use it pretty well. I'd definetly go for AK, it looks better, IS better, once you can handle it really good, you'll be extremly to beat. And don't mind the recoil. You can use different techinques and not have any big problem with the recoil, you can actually be very comfortable with it. AK-47 all the way.

Alright mate.

I've got both of these guns and the only one I ever use is the AK-47 Gold. The AK47 Gold is brilliant, it's by far my most used gun. Close range, or long range it does it all!

You'll not regret buying it. It's the best gun in the game!

I went with the AK Gold a few months back when I had the decision to opt between both, and thinking about it now, I'd probably go back and pick the M4. Why?

I'm not an AK player. Used to be (when I picked it), but the recoil isn't the worst part about the gun. It's going into a room and seeing people with 100+ ping that throw your aim off completely (I'm no amazing pro at aiming, but I get the job done a lot of the times). That just turned me off playing with AK (and I have tons - Scope, 2x Camo, Silver, Gold...)

My other gun, M4C, is my primary scrim gun (not anymore, since I left my clan(s)) and S&D. It's reliable, silent, has amazing accuracy and decent power. I don't like the AK since it's not silent. The M4 Gold isn't that great as well. A silencer is something I highly value in a gun, probably more than its spray pattern.

That being said, the only guns I can REALLY rely on these days are my AWM, M4C or any variant such as M4-S or Adv, and Scar Light (yes, it's noobish, but I pull it out whenever I'm playing with high pingers and in a less-than-serious match). Those get the job done for me, and I'm happy.

I might have nearly every gun in the game, but I hardly use over 10% of my arsenal. That alone has made my rethink my strategy and in-game play to the bare minimum required to accomplish my goals.
