unable to download/intstall game

Hi, I tried to install the game but whenever i tried to open up the setup file, it wont even bring up the installer but instead it causes micrsoft explorer to stop responding. I cant even select the file because whenever i try to, the whole computer just freezes on me. Is this an issue with my computer or something or with the file itself?
