FPS Probelm After Patch

while playing and having 100 fps or something like that suddenly it go down to 20 or 10 and that happened after the last patch and many players having the same problem that makes the game lags like hell and cant move at all no brilliant one tell me use gambooster and technical probs it is from the damn game , iam asking if anyone of u is having the same problem or anyone figured out how to get solve it plz GM's help and try to fix the game (
