Can I AFK in lobby to get them? or do I have to be in game?

I'm pretty sure you have to be ingame. A while ago we had AK-Camo crates for playing 2 hours. I played 2 hours, but didn't get mine. After sending in a support ticket, they said that idling in the lobby doesn't count.

I'm sure you HAVE to complete the game. It's the same thing as when you quit you don't get the kills.

u do get the kills, no exp tho

haha that would be the best way to get the crates. idle in lobby

But you do get the kills (and deaths) when you quit the game... You also don't have any damage to your weapons. That balances out the no EXP/no GP received.
