Not in the Black Market. Go here. You need 8,900 BP (Bonus Points). In order to get that many BP you should buy 89,000 ZP. You dont need to exchange your M4A1 neither.

Silversil uses hers at MM. I use it at ALL Modes. 40/5 GM first game.
