What does this means?

In a Spectate mode on Ship TD i have explored all the map for easter eggs (like the baby on GM map) and in the end of the map (on sea) i see this:

What is this o.O? i mean is a 'weapon place to teleport' when the player dies , but have knifes and knifes is dont a grab weapon
