yeah I agree with superrewards sometimes not awarding you ZP. One time I had the offer completed and they told me I had to buy the product after I installed the trial. They never said this in the offer so I threatened to report them to the FTC for false advertising and they rewarded me the offer instantly

You don't need to give them your real information, just make up an address. Hell, for my first name I put asfasd and last name is gasndlk and it doesn't matter. No one confirms this stuff. Its just stored as information. Make up an address, make up a phone number
