If you have 30 FPS and you want to get a lit of bit more, just read carefully.

Problems:
-Low FPS each time you see smoke...etc.
-Your gaming freezes each time the kill marks are coming
-Your computer freezes sometimes ( In the mid of battle )
-etc

be wary of the top performance thingy. i used it on my laptop and it halved its performance.

Well, it depends on your system too. But, most of the systems need Top Performance.

No Problem. Just download it and it will work. After you put your system on Top Performance, it will ask you to restart your PC, click on yes.

Restart your PC, it works 100% for me.
