how about the person who is the host of the room, if he spots a haker, he can permatenly ban that player? and if in another time this guy who banned the haker is the host,the supossed banned haker tries to enter the room and BANG! he cannot enter. that would make a solution against encountering the same idiot who haks again in the room your hosting.

You mean once a host kicks and as long as that player is host that the kicked player cannot enter that room?
