Accounts cannot be hacked. . . You most have given away your account some how. Intentionaly or not. The only thing you can do is the support ticket: http://support.z8games.com/

there are some ways to lose your account .
* Download some hack wares to avoid X-trap to do something (just u know)
* Turned your firewall off when you were browsing website and logged in the game.
* Joined some tricker video game website with the same z8games ID and password ( you may want to learn something bad in game )
* You used to share your account to someone else ( with some reason just u know )
May has more reasons but it may not work on u ! lol

Yes, the account is yours. The problem is, you've gave your password out in some
shape or form. You may have fallen for a scam, or just lent your password to a jealous
friend.

Is it possible that you've been entering the wrong password? Make sure your CAPS Lock
is off, because that seems to be a problem these days. If not, the only thing that I could
say that may help you, is to wait for a reply on your Support Ticket. Make sure not to
spam them though, you wont get them any faster than normally.
