Now, I'll start off with two of the most obvious things here with you Saidin.
1) That thread was 'necroposted' as backup and reminder of my previous post of this one. However, your the one who allowed it to die to begin with without any sort of attention or clarification. Up until now.
2) The previous thread was not closed because of my behalf, it was due to other reasons that were beyond my control. However, was allowed to address such as it was said it would be better moderated. Just because it got locked doesn't mean its something to be forgotten about. I won't let it.
However, once again you proved that you seem to only take the time to post in topics like those when things start getting out of hand or bluntly put forth. Worst of it is, you have enough time to post these things, but not enough to fix the small issues presented?
Second, how are to we report insults or harassment in another language if we can't even understand what they are saying? And unless you got a universal translator on hand 24/7 how would you? Secondly, I don't recall ever pointing out that I was aiming to IP an entire country Saidin. I believe I made that quite clear in a number of cases. Your also assuming that I am only targeting Brazil, which would be greatly incorrect. I simply used them as an example of such instances. Also, I have yet to hear a response about the ToS being in multiple languages or not.
And my goal, is not to get tons of people banned simply because I don't like them, no. All I was simply asking is the ToS to be revised once again to be much clearer and given more examples, if that later results in bans after the warnings then that is their fault. If your words are as you said above, put them in there to avoid confusion, don't post it here will it will only be sifted to the bottom again. This would apply not just for foreigners, it would apply to everyone and enforced with such. You claim its been taken action, yet I doubt that is such the case, no offense but from what I've seen lately in terms of control its been pretty poor overall. Why else would Mods and GM's go quiet over such issues for almost a month at a time until things get stirred up?
I waited, and I knew this would be the result Saidin. Its quite saddeningly predictable. You have methods to control these problems, its just your decisions to make them happen or try to. Ignoring it is not the solution. Your a bit late to join the part. Even though you were expected long before hand.

Just a quick note because you seem to be under the impression that we're not watching, don't care or not responding.
A Pet Peeve of mine is multiple threads all stating the same thing. Also, don't expect to post something in the middle of the night [read: after the office is closed] have 25 other forum members completely ruin the discussion, have the thread closed and expect me to come in and make some sort of official statement.
I would be glad to take up these issues in PM. That way the topic can be stayed on and there isn't any worry of outside influence.
You can go ahead and quote my response in the other thread and if we can keep things normal here then fine. But having 3 threads, starting at crazy different days by the same person about the same subject is just disorganized and inefficient. -

I should also add that it is not our responsibility to respond to forum threads. We do that because we care about the community and the game.
As I've mentioned multiple times today already, the forums make up a very vocal minority of the people playing the game. However we take what they have to say seriously and where possible try to make responses. And where/when possible try to give indications of what we're doing and the direction we're trying to move in.
But it's impossible for us to do that all the time. Look at any other game company, we're probably up there with some of the largest community interaction. We want to be involved. But it becomes very difficult in some cases.

I still haven't heard one reasonable statement on what this is all about. You say the tos isn't being followed. When in fact it is being upheld as best that they are able. None of this has any solid grounds to stand on, all you're doing is complaining that the world isn't perfect. -

Sure, but the system is in the game. And for all its flaws there's nothing in the game that is stopping you from using the kick system on another party.
There is nothing in the rules that says you can't kick someone from a game.
If for some reason you did it in every game to every person you didn't like and somehow it got back to a support ticket complaining about your actions over a large period of games. Then we might have to take action.
And we've done that before, to people from ALL nations. On the specific cases where the evidence is there to justify some sort of action, then we take the appropriate measures.
We're sorry that it seems you get kicked from games by people who don't speak your language. But there's not much we can do about that either. But if you notice that its the same person following you around or purposely kicking you etc. Or that you feel "wronged" somehow. We've also never stopped you from submitting a support ticket with your problem and having us review the case. -
