WEBSITE/GAME error (for a friend)

first off this game is great!, how ever it is not worth spending much money at all on it u enjoy a good game where u can play without getting kicked for 'hacking' (which u obviously didnt) or getting killed by a hacker (such as the many generations of speed hakers in this game (GM mostly)) so for that, u CF guys NEED, SHOULD, and if u dont u will get to a point of shutdown, GET A BETTER HACK SHIELD! we ALL hate joining a game into a bunch of speed hackers or others. On the note of complaining SORT OUT THE KICKING SYSTEM i am getting kicking by people every 1/2 games its coming to a point where i just dont wana play anymore...

Anyway the technical issue my friend is getting is that when he gets on the website he cannot get onto the forum page while logged in and it finding it very frustrating. he can get on while not logged in and once he logs in he cannot load the page. can you post any advise for him?
