Disconnect from server!!!!!!

Hi my name is epic an i have been disconnecting from server for over 2 months since the escape mode patch! I have tried everything you have posted to fix the problem an i still dc about every 5 mins! I have no router! Im connected directly to my modem. I have a acer tower using vista 32bit with a webstar modem! I posted b4 about this problem an i have gotten no return! Please respond asap!
