As for the richie incident, richie is a really good player and an awesome person to chill with but for some reason we lost more scrimms when he played even though he did fairly decent. It might be he might mess up the chemistry or something but his play style did not fit ours at all and no matter how hard we tried to make work he just wasnt the s5 sB player i thought he would be.....

i guess your team leader must be a straight dumbass.
thing is, he has a brain. which is something you lack.
you kick someone for 1 replay of a factory scrim that looked shady. you would need around 20 demos and see if there is a pattern in the way someone plays.
do you have a screenshot of me having a cheat on my pc? no you don't.
do vent calls, all of the in-game sound of the demo saved and game sense go in a demo? no.
