I sent a report a few weeks ago to get a group of people banned before they go into next wogl, possibly because their the saddest chammers ever. Even though it was so obvious they were chamming on the replay, they didn't send me a reply, the people didn't get banned and closed it instantly. Why is z8games just ignoring reports o.O

Good question.

They're either closing the reports so you won't be mistaken to re-report/reply to the ticket.

Or...

They're ignoring us.

I sent a support ticket and got it answered in like less then a day. They don't ignore them.

If they review it and they think they're legit, they close it.

They replied to me 23 hours later. =D
But all they say is go to Common Solutions..

But the thing is. It may be closed if there is another ticket sent about him already from another player. Some things to take into consideration.

I've noticed the CLOSED sign appearing on my hack reports as well.

Hopefully someone could clarify the definition of CLOSED for us?

I think a mod posted in another thread that they are closed because simply you wouldn't need to reply to a report. I will see if I can dig up the quote.

I don't think they respond to hacking reports, they veiw it make there verdict and close it.

Myaybe the replay reviews are just plain dumbos? I send in the most obvious ones and they do nothing.

It's either policy to do nothing or its their incompetence.
