Graphics Driver Crash

That is related to an Intel Graphics card, which would indicate its onboard graphics like you say. This probably also means he is using a laptop as any decent desktop PC these days usually has a seperate dedicated card. So... if it is a laptop you can't probably change the graphics card.
I have found a solution which has solved someone elses problem with this.
Firstly, the driver you have installed, although the latest, may be causing certain incompatibility issues.
Uninstall the driver via control panel, restart, then use windows update to automatically install the most compatible driver they have rather then installing the one from intel. -

Ohhh. do you mean the web one? Cuz as i stated the website is down/ expired.
I'm not sure what you mean.
Is there another Windows update? via My Computer? -
The windows update in control panel still works via the website so that aint gonna help you.
Do you know what graphics chip is in the computer?
If you dont know, try this which should tell you what you have:

LOL, ok that says you don't have an Intel Graphics chip but you got an Intel Graphics Error?
OK, try this.
Open Control panel, open System, then click hardware tab then device manager button, click + next to Display Adapters and reply with what you can see. -

Yep thats right. No problem, happy to help if I can.
Try this driver, its the one previous to what you have now. Just make sure you have uninstalled the one you had before and restart then install this.

Are you sure the first one is an older version? It has the same name as my previous graphics driver. Oh well, thank you for the second one. If the first one still crashes, I'll try out the second one. Stay tuned if I need further help, please!
You've been a great help.
I'm going to play tomorrow and update you. =D -
Well... assuming the driver is installing ok and you tried 3 different ones now. It could be something running in the background causing it to conflict or, from what else I have read about how people resolved this, it maybe a fault with the graphics chip/motherboard.
You might as well try this first to see if it is anything else running causing this.
Click Start then Run, type msconfig and click OK.
Click the Start-Up tab at the top, Click Disable all at the bottom and click OK, then restart the PC.
This will prevent the majority of programs from loading and running in the background when it loads up.
Then give the game another go. -
Uhm, No they don't have the same file name. They should show up as the same thing G965 etc, but the download filenames are different.
The original (newest) one you already had was: win2k_xp14365.exe
The 2nd one you tried (my first link): win2k_xp14364.exe
The last link I gave and oldest one is: win2k_xp1424.exe
So have you been installing the same one each time? Not the new ones you downloaded?
Make sure you have installed the last one there, the 1424 driver. -
You'll need to uninstall all other previous drivers before installing an older version, as the older version installer was not intended to replace the new one. You can do this through Device Manager.
This is a problem with the 5*** series of drivers, the 4*** series is fine:
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/7ld140ww.exe
Above is the link to 4926.
