Unique clan looking for low rank players with high KDR

I've been doing well with that rule that's how I get players who don't leave while our entire ranks up at the same time. I try to teach the noobier ones to get better and then seek their hidden talent, lol. Positive clan kdr, suprising for our low ranks huh?

One has left, 1 spot left out of 30 possible spots. Get ur application in and hope u get accepted.

I understand what ur getting at, ranks over first lt are 75% of the time clan hoppers, no offence to anyone. So I just want to start off fresh with ppl that have never been in clans. U understand what I'm trying to do here now?

I making the max 30 bro, I'm gonna look at their profiles before I accept them obviously, I just looking for ppl I can deal with but like teach them how to play crossfire. If I did that, it would take up so much time and I would be so frustrated. The point is, I only accept ppl who I think has potential, I won't accept complete sh!t players. Probably tryouts will be needed.

I'm almost positive that no one out there wants to join my clan that is higher than first lt.
