SPEED HACKERS and others hackers

please do something to definitely end the hackers, especially the "speed hack" is impossible to play with players using speed hack, unfortunately most are from my country "BRAZIL"
BUT SOON FIND A WAY TO FINISH WITH THIS, THIS GAME IS GREAT AND THE WORLD Reactions NEED A GOOD device that blocks these hackers.
I'VE ASKED TO FIND A MEANS OF BLOCKING BECAUSE THAT TRAP-X program is the weakest I have ever seen to block a hacker, whenever it is upgraded already appears another hacker
