computer troubles :( someone help please...

ok so i turned my computer on after school today and it was working fine... i went to put my password in to log on to my computer and it stays at where it says ''Welcome'' when your logging in... it stays like that forever...i can only run my computer in safety mode for some reason...can someone help? i read that i need to reformat my comp but i am wondering if there is anything else i can do?

Get a bootdisk of the OS you're running and repair your boot.

Get on a friends PC and download/burn it. You should find it online somewhere.

Download win7 from torrent and re-install win7.
