That spec should run the game.
Here is my spec for comparison:
Dell XPS M1710 Laptop
Windows 7 Ultimate
Intel Core2Duo T7600 2.33GHz
nVidia Geforce 7950GTX (512MB Dedicated RAM)
160GB SATA HDD
4GB DDR2 (Upgraded from 2 GB)
Run at 1440x900 Resolution.
I don't use fraps but I typically get around 70-80FPS. -

Well my gfx card will be 256mb...
And ill be running 3gb DDR3
Also i will turn off blood and those
Only thing will be on is high texture and 32bit -
OK, you changed it from 512MB to 256MB.
This might make it borderline for consistent smooth gameplay. It also depends what resolution you will be using on your monitor.
I would really go for a minimum 512MB card if you can. If you are buying direct from a store see if they can pop in a 512MB card, shouldn't be much difference if you can afford it.
I ran the game fine with 2GB before I upgraded to 4GB. -

I can only afford the specs i have written
Also ill be using the lowest resolution -
Unfortunately I havent used a 256MB card recently with crossfire. Hopefully someone with a similar spec and 256MB card will reply with their FPS results.
Only other thing I could suggest is do you absolutely need it for xmas or do they have xmas after sales in your country? As I am sure you would be able to increase the spec a bit for the same price. -

Can anyone else help out with this?
Does anyone use a 256MB card with crossfire and what FPS do you get?
I've got theses specs
Intel core2Duo 2.93 Ghz
4 GB DDR2 RAM
GPU Nvidia 8600GT (256 MB DDR3)
OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64
FPS : between 85-150
Running game on 32-bit max resolution
The specs you have mentioned above should run the game smoothly.
Though I haven't tried FPS rate while recording the game video with fraps.
