Can't connect to CF

So basically I'm rather annoyed because I can't join #tN. because I can't get into CF.

I can't actually connect. The CF_G4BOX.exe window thing doesn't load announcements & ads. Running patcher_cf.exe does not give me the "failed to download" error. It gives me nothing but loads nothing.

Web browsers and such are working. The CrossFire downloader and ijji's "Reactor" (game downloader thingy) don't work.

I've restarted my computer and modem numerous times. My AV is disabled. I can't reinstall because the installers time out before they are downloaded and the CF downloader doesn't connect either.
