Recording Gameplay =/

Ok i need help on deciding what "Program" to use for recording "Gameplay"
Below there is a list of "Programs" that i found if you could plz choose the best 1 or if you have 1 you use thats the best and you would like to suggest plz do

3. FRAPS (But cant find full version)
4. Screen Recorder Gold
5. X-Fire's video recorder
6. Game Cam
