I cant save the reports of a hacck

today i did see two high rank hacckers, when i try save the replay, i change the name and i did click in save, but, when i going to see the replay or i send the replay didnt appear, dont exist, i dont know wt.h happen, the hacckers can erase the replays? crossfire is now a world of hacckers? z8 cant do anything to save the game?, answerrr yesssssss
