No recieve ID and pass

My friend has acc and he don't know why he cannt recieve ID and pass (his password was changed yesterday - he don't know how, nobody wasn't know his password) on his mail - racun@operamail.com

Please send ID nad pass on this mail if is not problem.He was try (Lost ID/password) but he isn't recieve anything from Z8 Games.Thanks
