Remove my Clan
Hi, i have a big Problem.
I want to remove my Clan, i am the only one in this Clan and i am the Leader.
But i forgot my registered Email and my Security Answer.
I wrote a Support Ticket and gave my IP and one transaction ID.
They replyed: u need 2 transaction ID's.
But i only payed 1 time 40€ with Paysafecard and this is the transaction ID..
what can i do now?
please delete my clan..
I mean.. must i pay more now? for one fking ID? i gave my IP and my transaction ID and now.. Z8Games just want more and more money.. thats it.. please help me.

Try telling them all the previous passwords you have had on the account. If that doesn't work then try giving them all the emails you have. If that doesn't work, then you probably will have to make a new purchase. I'd say screw them and not pay another dime and just make a new account if I were in your shoes.

OK i dont want to get a Ban but srsly Z8Games sux.
I gave them my IP and my old passwords and one transaction id from 40€ payment.
They still dont want to remove my Clan.
I play CrossFire since 2009 and i am second LT 8th or so.. and now.. i must quit crossfire because Z8Games just want more and more money. Pay 10€ that they can remove my Clan.

make an alt acc, level it to at least CORPORAL,make your alt acc join your clan, give your alt the clan, Prob solved.

I told them ive only 1 ID and that they remove my clan but they just dont want.. they still want that i pay more money LOL
