How do u Register clan's name???

:)How do you register your clan's name? I mean make it so know one else can use it. Do you have to trade mark it or is there another way? If it has to be trade marked how do you do that? Does it cost money? If anyone can help me I would so appreciate it. See you at the games...

Its easy. Its called "Not being obvious". If you're pick a clan name that half the game community would pick, then you're likely to have variants of your clan name. If you pick something original, then only your reputation would make people want to copy you.
