failed to connect to server

Hi,i recently started having problems loading CF,i double click on crossfire launcher and click start,everything seems fine then all of a sudden on the page where it shows ur user nad pass,it sais failed to connect to server and it closes....i tried restarting laptop and restarting my internet and the same thing is happening,can some1 tell me how to fix it?
