Reporting Hackers, Questions.
Hello, to everyone who reads this thread.
I would just like to ask a few questions about submitting tickets concerning hackers, or any abusers of the game in general. Today I had the pleasure of running into a few hackers, I saved 2 of the "Replays" of these said games where the hackers were in. I quickly went to z8's website to fill out a ticket and sent them in, one was sent about 3 hours ago, and I was very curious as to when and if I would get a reply notifying me that these hackers have been properly taken care of, and if and when I would be notified, where would the said reply be sent to? I ask any mod to please look into this, or just reply here and I could upload the .Cfr files on the forums, thank you for your time.

I don't believe we get any kind of reply regarding hackers we have reported.
Infact today was the first time I have seen an acknowledgement on the page after sending my report. Previously it just went back to the normal support page.
You don't upload the replay files on the forum. Did you send the replay files when you submitted your reports? -

Yes, I did submit them along with the Ticket. -
I'll clarify a few things, we're experiencing a high volume of Hacking Reports so we try to finish as many as possible on a daily basis, because we have SO many it is CRITICAL that you fill out AS much information as you can and correct info (Ie. Username etc). We generally have trouble dealing with incomplete reports so we have no choice but to close them.
Additionally, if you submitted a report and it was closed, it means its been investigated. Due to privacy issues we can't let you know if the player was banned or not. I know it might be frustrating for some people that the reported player isn't banned immediately but we're working on it we'll get to the ticket in the pool eventually. -

How can you tell if your report was closed? What are the different ticket statuses that we might see and what do they mean?
As far as reporting complete information, the fields asking what round and what time the hacking occurred are frustrating. Apparently the "round" field only takes a single integer? If one team has 3 wins and the other has 2, is that supposed to be round 5? Round 6? As far as the time goes, the time is not displayed in the replay, so there's no way to note a specific time when reviewing a replay. Also, it would sure be nice if there was some better controls for the replays, like fast-forward, skip-forward, rewind, etc.
Thanks. -

wouldn't it be cool if you have a mainframe computer and have a software that investigates hack reports automatically. (About the mainframe, this requires a computer with less fraudings and errors.) -
I used to absolutely love this game, I mean I played for hours EVERY day but lately I feel the game is just ruined. Whats the point of playing if 7 out of 10 games have hackers in them that destroy your kill/death ration!!! It's really a shame. Now these speed hacks are EVERYwhere. I almost want to join them and hack just to keep up my kill/death ratio and complete my missions.........but I wont. Maybee time to find another game or just go on XBOX live since they dont tolerate hacking and forbid hackers for playing online once caught. This makes me sad

as far as I can see as soon as I enter a hack report it is closed I include all info required. the guy shot thou walls. Why bother.! -
close report
It seems to me that no mater what hack report I enter with all required
info it is closed on submitting. so why even bother having a reporting system. It looks like a wast of my time. Or am I wrong.? For example I just reported Toma-Bala for shooting thou walls after submitting I checked and the report was closed. What you need is an in game reporting tool like combat arms. For what it's worth this is my two. bucks worth. -

all fine and dandy but as soon as I make a hack report it is closed. It happened today I reported a player for shooting other players through the walls after I submitted it I checked and it was closed whiten seconds of submitting it. Is reporting hacks a wast of my time or what. If my reports are going to be closed as soon as I submit why bother.
