why they don't ban hackers ?

I reported more then 20 hackers with ranks Between sergeant and first lieutenant using different hacks (speed-hack, one shot kill in MM, walk throught walls, no reload,...) but most of them are not banned (i know it from the last Played date) why they are not banned ?????
(i put everything in the report: hacker's ING, Hacking Type, Rounds, screenshot and replay)

I did the same as u, I reported a lot of hackers but nothing reply, they wants these noob hakkers too because maybe they buy zp, but Z8, THESE GUYS NEVER BUY ZP CAUSE THEY R DI.KHEDZ AND ONLY PLAYIN FOR ANNOYING normal players! DO SOMETHING AGAINST THESE NOBBZ OTHERWISE U WILL LOST ALL OF UR NORMAL PLAYERS, WHO BUY ZP FROM U!

Because we're having too much fun playing with all you legit people today.

But seriously, this has been answered countless times. We ARE banning hackers. We ARE tracking new hacks. We will have updates to xtrap and the game to stop/slow down hacks. Please search around for the various answers by GM's on this subject.

why they don't ban hackers ?
