Abusive account block
hello. first off all i want to say sorry for my bad englysh.
I am Supo, Lt. in ROMANIA clan and I am contacting you regarding my blocked account: http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=4164010. few minutes ago i recived a standart replay to a suport ticket, that i send 2 and a half days ago:
"After finishing our investigation, users of the accounts that are tied to the above login ID have recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for CF by the In-Game staffs of Z8games. This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole.
Account Action: Permanent Ban
Offense: HACK
We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their time in CF. You are responsible for all the accounts under your name. This is our final decision, further requests regarding same issue will be ignored. Thank you in advance for respecting our position."
I have all the right to find out what is the reason of the abusive block of my account. I want to know the accusation that supposedly incriminates me (what type of hack: wall, aim, speed…etc) and which are the proofs that gave you the right to block my account, abusive I might add again.
I understand that is in our human nature to make mistakes and the report review team think have found a ‘hacker trophy’, by banning a Lt. from a top 10 clan, and above all, a Lt. of the ROMANIA clan (I don’t need to point out all the unjust action we are facing, including the fact that you ‘took’ 10.500 clan point for nothing).
I am sure you don’t have any solid proof against me (my account), that is why I firmly say that you blocked my account unfairly and abusively because I never used any type of hack and I am totally against them, regardless of the game and situation. If a ‘noob’ (or more) comes to you in tears and accuses me, this doesn’t mean that the accusation is founded in any way. that is why I might believe that your staff banns players, as they choose, no matter the lack of evidence… I hope there’s no need to point out the usage of Team Speak software or clan chat in order to communicate among the clan and help each other.
Maybe your not interested, but as a Lt. of the ROMANIA clan, I have a moral duty to those who choose me and I do not accept to have my name dragged trough mud for the fact that you want to make an example. Above all, I have this account for over one and a half years and it's the only one, in conclusion all my work is reflected in it. I might add that only a moron will jeopardize an account like mine by using hacks, knowing that everybody has they’re eyes on him due to the fact that is part of a top clan and also because of the rank (7th class captain)
I have all the right in the world to show the members of my clan at least the game replay incriminated by the Z8 staff which has made an abuse by blocking the account, proving everyone in my clan that you are wrong and at least rehabilitate / vindicate my name from this point of view. IF I CANT MY ACCOUNT BACK AT LEAST GIVE MY THE REPLAY IN WICH I HACK (IS THE LEAST U CAN DO).
I end this message with the hope that we will solve this problem.

im alytza,a lt from romania clan aswell.
i know supo and his not a haker,and never hakt in this game.
i want to know like him whats the reason for baning him?i understant its for hak,but what hak?
get serious now,in the game there are a bunch of hakers that play evry day and you dont do anithing about that.
but you bann decent players that not hak and play fair.
i played with my friend supo evry day and i didnt see him haking.
we want the replay to see if thats reaaly true. -

You do not get banned for no reason. If you were found hacking, and got banned for it, then you were hacking and got caught... end of.
People can say "oh, I know him, and he doesnt hack!"
Many people have said that about Kolby and ComeClarity (two very well known and respected people) and both got caught and banned. -

if you want to know which hack you used start a windows search using the string "VIP"
maybe it was this.
a ratio will never show if someone farmed or not. you can always change sides when farming so you ll be the cow who gets shot. but what do i tell you that. you know all this. -

But you maybe hacked on a alt account and z8games tracked the IP to your main account and boom banned that is how it's done son stop thinking you can win

dudes: if 1000 persons send one report/day who will watch that replays????????? nobody.
maybe if 1000 persons report one guy, z8 automaticly ban that account. that's my idea.
after 2-3 mounth of reports, u (u said z8 is pro) will be baned with no reason. i want to happen to u guy.
who tells z8 is god now?!!?!
when the ban list was published I saw guys banned and they didn't play from half year. now the list is hidden. I wait and I know some days many ppl will be banned with no reason or the reason: is too good so report him. -
You MAY have not hacked on your main account, but lately many people started to use hacks on their alts, not caring to be banned as its just a rookie account. Z8games can track all your accounts and will take the appropriate actions as needed.
