Disconnected from server

The past three evenings I have had the game lock up and received a "disconnected from server" message. When this happens, I lose my DSL connection and can not get it back up and running again until the next day. Customer service for my ISP can not figure it out from their end. Is this a game issue or is there a physical problem on my end ?
