could crossfire be made portable
ok simple question could crossfire be made portable?
in todays modern world you average flash drive will hold 2 gigs of data the folder for crossfire is roughly 2 gigs so im wondering is it possible to make crossfire portable and run it off a flash drive?
imagian you wanna show a friend the game while your at thier house but you dont wanna wait forever to download the installer or they dont want anything installed on their computer. it would be easier if you could pull out a flash drive and play it from that
so is it possible and if so how

naw currently my school blocks it already tried =D so ill settle for my grandpas computer while im out this weekend if i can get it running
maybe a mod with some tech knowledge could weigh in
ps: it runs when uni extracted but once it goes on flash drive it stops working and generates error file is changed my guess would be since it doesnt have a set path instead its a relative path since volume lable for flash drives changes with each computer -

It works, just drag the entire folder in and run it from the usb at another computer. I do this all the time to farm.reddeath68 wrote: »ok simple question could crossfire be made portable?
