The St0ner Review: AWM Camo
How's the badge colecting going my mercs? Well... today i'll be reviewing a nice little ZP and coupon weapon that can easily get you the Sniper Badges: the Arctic Warfare Magnum: Camo!!
K, let's do it:
Power: Head: 100 to humans, over 400 to mutants.
Chest: 100 to humans, a little over 150 to mutants
Stomach: the big 1 double 0 to humans, about 200 to mutants.
Limbs: 78-80 to humans and mutants :
So far, the AWM and it's variants tie the DSR in power for the strongest snipers (and guns) in the game
Accuracy: pinpoint... can hit any target from any distance, with complete control (while standing still. Firing while moving makes hitting a target more based on luck). It might be a bit more accurate then the reg. AWM, but i can't confirm that...
Recoil: none in scope, basically non-existent in no-scoping
Rate of Fire: this is where the AWM Camo really shines over the original AWM. It shoots almost twice as fast as the original thanks to a faster bolt-action draw animation
Reload Rate: very fast, clocked in at two seconds. Can beat most weapons (including some SMG's and pistols) in this category.
Weight: lighter than the original AWM and the DSR, which makes it great for jump-shotting and even running with the weapon to an extent.
The Scope Itself: in my opinion, the AWM series has the perfect scope for any situation: a short zoom for taking out most threats and quick scoping, and a long range double zoom for picking off heads and for precision aim at long range
. Much better than that of the DSR, which has a single-scope with an in-between zoom, rendering it useless for quick-scoping and difficult for hitting mid-range targets.
Looks: a great design... the Camo pattern fits the AWM very well
Additional Positive: it's easily the best rifle for quick-scoping, since it combines light weight with a one-shot kill potential and a short zoom :].
Overall, the AWM Camo is, in my opinion, the best all-purpose sniper rifle in the game. But... here's the question to ask yourself, is it worth the 70 coupons to acquire it permanently? Or is it better to get it for temporary ZP?
Here's your answer: if you snipe at least 25% of your time in-game, then it's completely worth it. Exchange for one, you won't regret it. Don't buy it for temp. ZP unless you want to try it out for 7 days

Good review. AWM is definitely the better sniper rifle compared to all the others ones. However, in my opinion, I think the reg AWM is just fine as long you can aim and take out your opponents in 5 shots before reloading again. Thus, I think the PSG-RD is a better choice for the 70 coupons...afterall it's like a collector's item lol...plus you can always get the AWM-C via BP mall...

nope. the RD is just like reg. AWM, except for higher accuracy, a 10 bullet mag, and the same firing rate as the Camo -
