I cant run this version

For the newest version, I cant start the game. Even redownload and reinstall. Always one error is that HGWC said: "Files is changed: W[2007]L[5] crossfire.exe"

technically, i cant play either

cuz the patch makesme play with700 ping

Sometime I have to skip one or two version. Like come back after few months then I can play again lol

I had the same problem after Ihad downloaded this patch. In my case, I could solve it by changing some settings in my anti virus program (AVG 9.0).

- Open AVG
- Click on Resident Shield
- Click on manage exceptions
- Add a list and type in the folder where you installed CrossFire.

This will probably be C:\Program Files\Z8Games\CrossFire\

Or in case you are running a 64-bit operating system:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\
