Custom kill marks?

How do you create custom marks? Since every time I look at the default kill marks, it opens up PhotoShop (where the loading is a pain). Any software needed?

I mean I can take getting yelled at all day, but getting my face rubbed in your arse hurts more.

Well anyways, I thought that it was more of a "unique" situation, sort of like gold deagles and crystal M4s, always rare. Now I know that custom kill marks are pretty common here.
