Truth be told, I cannot get anyone recruited from forums 3 clan hoppers left within 3 days, that's so fail on my part, but I'm sure my clan will be alive for more than a month , I'll just go back to recruiting in pubs , that's where I get all my members.
That's also where I get ppl who apply and get their applications ignored cause they are huge ass noobs -

My clan is not nooby , but not uber pro. We r above average and decent
