Someone tell me, does using Google Chrome solve this issue?

Internet Explorer 8 is definitely NOT a good browser. Honestly, it's one
of the slowest browsers out there.

I've yet to get this ad with Google Chrome, so I recommend using Google Chrome.

Matters what region of the world you live in as well. AFAIK ads don't discriminate between browsers.
