yes, yes i am -
well i just had to go thru this descision myself
i had enough to get awm or dsr-1 so ill give you some pro's and con's of each
i won a awm temporary from crate so i tryed it and then i bought the dsr-1
first a lil summary
with this weapon i have found that my pistol is out normally
then when i feel the opportunity say i see someone very long distance
or i find im in a sniping situation i unshoulder the rifle
with the awm the rifle can always be out thats the first differnce
with the awm you have 2 zooms i found the 1st zoom to be the best
if not zoomed and your walking you can zoom in very quick and fire at close range
its that nice at long range its super accurate one shot one kill you can even move a bit
when you fire
its zoom goes off to normal view after you fire then back in to zoom
during that time
you can get a view of anything to your left or right ect thus its a lil safer
the downside is enemys mid range and thiers maybe two of them you shoot one the other
sees and shoots you but in general awm is superior to dsr-1
the other con maybe the second zoom i really dont even like haveing a second zoom
on a sniper weapon set to the same key but thiers no other way to command key it
id rather have my mouse wheel up zoom in and down zoom out
the dsr-1
con's first
the number one con of this gun is for me at least
that its only zoom is just too far in
and you litterally have to turn your mouse sensitivity down
or you may find it hard to quickly get a bead on a target doing this however makes
your side arm less effective which you require at close range because of that level
of zoom id rather honestly just have the awm's first zoom level on that gun
secondly
once you fire the first shot after a reload and you right click to zoom back out
thiers a very long delay its like its bugged or something
before you fire though you can zoom out and in very fast like a quick scope
once you fire the first shot might as well pull your pistol to unzoom its almost that slow
when strafing
thier is a minor accuracy slip at the long ranges that the scope is ideal for
which is very very annoying
the pro to this gun is its zoomed in fireing speed period
you fire bam the scope pops back in to just about
were you were aiming ready to fire again
at long range when in position to fire at multiple enemys
you can kill say 4 or 5 guys in rapid succussion which is just amazing to do
the closer they get the harder the scope is to put on target cause of the zoom level
at which point its time to pull your pistol -

bravo to you ^^ -
Use your m700, it's a headshot machine. Seriously though I prefer it over any sniper that stays zoomed in after you shoot, so if I had to choose between AWM and DSR I'd go for the AWM.
One of the things you have to look at when buying a gun is knowing where you are going to use it. For example, if you're just going to play Prison TDM for the badges I'd rather use the draggy because most of the time you're pretty close up to your opponents which eliminates both of the reasons why you would prefer AWM over the Draggy (Draggy isn't 1 hit kill at long range, and is pretty innacurate).
