Can we get GP/ZP credits until these hacks are fixed?
It's really not fair to spend gp/zp on certain time sensitive items and then not being able to use it because of the rampant hacking going on right now. For example if I spend x amount of ZP on bonus exp but can't get the benefits because hackers are drastically changing the way the game should be played, then really Z8 should be entitled to either refund the ZP or either compensate legitimate players in some other fashion.

Thats their fault then. ZP isn't broken. But its your fault for buying the ZP knowing theres tons of hacks out there.

Dude, you're missing the point. The issue is not the ZP being broken, but its not being able to use items/services purchased with ZP in the way the game is intended for it to be used. If you buy a ticket at a movie theater and can't watch the movie because some idiots have decided to block the screen with a blanket, would you want a refund if mgmt. did'nt do something? You'd probably want a refund if you only missed 15 minutes of the movie. But what if mgmt. said no one made you buy those tickets and besides our movie cameras are working fine? Most people would be ****ed if that happened.
Don't get me wrong, I understand that it takes time to patch the game to get rid of the hacks. But in the meantime, people who have spent gp/zp to use time sensitive items need to either have their gp/zp refunded or the time extended for wha ever item or special effect they purchased. -

Calm down, and ur not making any sens... First of all, getting ZP while you KNOW there is a hack going down in game is really stupid, whining because of it means u fails badly and that you deserve what you got.
Second... Dude u pay to get something ship to your house? ok... what is happening inbetween is not ur fault..

Honestly he's right, refunding a certain % of ZP would be a good way to satisfy customers. Way too many hacks being used right now. Almost any type of company that wants repeat business takes care of its customers. In America that's how its done at least.

Say what? not sure if it's still available but they offered a free maiden for 7 days at anyone who buys any amount of ZP.... when school started u were saving 20% i think.. and so on, there's ur percentage. -
It's not Z8Games fault, nor' the creators of Crossfires fault.
It's the users who enjoy creating hacks to gain better intelligence, and reputations fault.
Dude, you don't understand how business works. Z8 is a company who is in business to generate profits, so it is THEIR responsiblity to to make sure their game is free of defects or other anomalies that prevent players (especially players who spend money) from using their service. -

Your reply is ridiculous and proves you did'nt take time to think before you wrote it. So it's now MY fault that I bought ZP while hackers are in the game? Is'nt that the purpose of the patch, to get rid of the hackers and make improvements to the game? And who says I bought the ZP while all this rampant hacking was going on, I could have bought it way before this latest wave of hacks.
In your second oddly worded retort you prove my point whether you realize it or not. Yes, it is not my fault what happens in between of when I pay for something and the time it takes to get to me. But thats besides the point, my reason in using that illustration has nothing to do with shipping it has to do with who bears responsiblity when a consumer spends money on a product that can't be properly used.
Furthermore genius, I've never said that Z8 should refuse taking transactions on ZP did I? All I said was that they should issue credits or extend time on items that expire until this hack issue is sorted out. -

i brought 90 days 50% exp plus and 90 days on 30% beret...
they got like 34 days left... but hardly being used.. coz i cant play... so many hackin hard to get good scores...
would be good if they could just freeze it till next patch/hackpatch..

I swear this game has some of the dumbest players. It does'nt matter that private parties hack the game, it's still Z8's job to fix it. They own the servers, the game and program the code. So it's up to them to maintain it and keep it hackfree so that people who spend money on the game can use what they purchased. What's so hard to understand about that? Geez, it's more idiots in the game than hackers. I wonder which could hold a more coherent conversation. -

So Nexon should keep their games hack free, along with ijji? Every game has their hackers. Our game was hack free for a while over the summer, so get over it. These threads are just full of people who get sad over a little cheater. You realize somebody cheating doesn't ruin your game experience. You can always play with other players who you know don't cheat (For example, your clan). -

Why is everyone failing at reading comprehension? I never said that it was possible to keep the game hackfree I just said its Z8's job to address the hacks. In the meantime it would be nice if they acknowledged that legitimate players are suffering as a result of the hackers and maybe get some kind of workaround for those who spend GP/ZP on time sensitive items. That's all I said. I did'nt accuse Z8 of creating hacks or suggest they invent a 100% hack proof game. -

Alright...time for my 5 cents.
While I would absolutly love to spend 40 minutes going on a rant, i'll try and compress it so people's attention spans don't explode on me.
First, let me say it's perfectly understandable that you feel you and other players in your predicament deserve compensation. You are not in any way raging as most people love to say when someone is honestly distressed due to a certain situation. However, once you make that transaction that delivers to you that ZP, it is entirely your responsibility how you spend it. Whether you end up picking a bad time to spend it or not.
Since I'm seeing that you like to use analogies to explain your points, allow me to do the same. Let's say you buy a house, but, the next day, a hurricane runs through and completely demolishes said house. While it is a much greater loss in the analogy, the point is still there, it's merely on a larger scale. You may not have known that the hurricane was coming, but you were under complete ownership of that house. The company who sold you that house is no longer responcible for what happens to it.
Second, while most wouldn't think to do this on such a small scale thing as buying virtual credits for a game, it's always, I repeat, ALWAYS the best idea to look into what you're buying. Maybe you could've noticed that there had been a recent surge of hackers or you could have checked the site's forums to see if there were any complaints of recent hacks.
In the end, Z8 isn't responcible for how you spend your credits. They do try and keep the game hack free (trust me, if they didn't then they wouldn't have a community as large as they do). Really the only thing you can get from z8 is a life lesson, which is "Always check into what you're buying."
I'm sure I'm lacking in several places of this arguement which I will address later given that you pick out those said lacking places. For now, at least this will provide you with a self proclaimed intellectual responce. -

They didnt force you to buy the points, you made that decision on your own buddy.
