Ok so basically someone made an account with the name i want
but the account has not bin active for more than a year
just wanted to know is there anyway i can get that name ?

If the name already exists then there is NO way for you to get the same name. Why don't you just add a line-_ or star* or some racket.

Example:

kingstarkb <---- Ahh I wanted that name (Already exists)
kingstat[KB]__ <--- Your new name xD

You can't delete CF accounts so Yeh... just do what I said above.
