When I try to play crossfire, and I click the Start Game button, It reconised as a virus and give me an error... So what can I do? Please help me..

Hello, I've been communicating that I am not getting to play crossfire.
When I'm opening the game. the following error in the patch. "Failed to download self-update file "
Can anyone help me?
