I recommend :
Camstudio (Kinda like Hypercam, but better interface?)
Fraps ( Most used, but also would be bad if you had a poor computer.)
Play Claw (Likely unheard of, but It records w/o lag like on Fraps, but it's only a 2-week trial)

FRAPS is the "best", but it can create lag and the recordings are uncompressed.
PlayClaw apparently is good, but I don't know of any illegitimate free versions :P
I don't recommend stuff like Growler & XFire, because their primary purpose is not recording (and hence I doubt they are anywhere near Fraps / Playclaw). -

Fraps is the only thing. Maybe growler guncam? Fix your replays the shots are off like 5 feet off. Some one could do a back flip 5 feet away from the shot :P.You could just use fraps, but instead of in-game recording, record the replay...
