Disconnected from server

On my pc when i am trying to play at 2 minutes of logging in it appears a message that says "DISCONNECTED FROM SERVER" and the game closes inmediatly when you click "OK"
and i dont undestand why it keeps saying that when i am playing so please tell me what to do to fix it!!!

Turn your Anti-Virus off.
Turn Windows Firewall Off (start > control panel > windows firewall)
Turn anything that you think may be blocking your game play, off.

This sounds stupid as hell, but it actually works.

When you log into game, go straight to the Clan Server, Channel 1.
Sit in the lobby, idle, for AT LEAST 10-15 minutes.

Then go play your heart out.

Solved the problem for me, and trust me, I had it worse than anyone.
