Ingame problems

might be 1 or 2 things or both,

Are you using Wi-Fi? this can cause lag spikes and make everything freeze up since the connection has issues, this could also be your internet connection, someone may be on it as well and that could be the ping/lag spikes. or it is because it is a laptop, laptops left on for a while make a LOT of heat, and when they heat up they proform worse, heat for anykind of computer is bad this is why servers are stored in freezing rooms!

how to fix this?

use a Wired connection, Ethernet cable. (if you don't know what that is, its the cord you plug into consoles to play online if that helps. looks kinda like a bigger phone line cable.)
