Smooth Kill Bar v2!

So it's been a while and with the new update most of the kill marks/bars are messed up so i thought i'd update mine ^^

As you can see i've added icons to many of the marks, just as quite a few people suggested

.

Full change list:

- Added new badge parts
- Added bronze, silver and gold rings for the different levels
- Added escape mode marks
- Changed defuse and plant signs
- Added many different icons to past marks

NOTE1: There are instructions in the .zip for anyone who doesn't know how to place the folder.
NOTE2: For all you fans of the red version, i shall be releasing a red version in the coming weeks. (sorry but this one took far longer than expected and had several hiccups!)

i would've been a tad more relaxed about the whole d/l'ing etc. if some idiots from a certain site (begins with M) didn't leech the last one! x)

They are much improved over the last set. I especially like the plant/defuse one.
