Question about Ban.

I reported some people like this game named Legioon last week and his a very high rank and he was Speed hacking I'm serious and he still in game speeding I even caught him in a game today still doing it...and SO people are telling me THIS...If you send lots of MONEY on this game they won't ban you? I even had a fight over this I don't think Z8games can do that...it's the rules and if they break the rules they ban you so I sent this complaint in a week ago and he is still speed hacking so keep a eye out for Legioon in game his a butter bar so if you see him speeding save it and turn it in so Z8games can see multi reports.
