Please buy membership?

When I try to accept someone into my clan an error pops up and says "Please buy membership." I don't understand.

You may have ran out of space in your clan, or reached member limit.

If so, go to the Web Mall and purchase some more clan space.

No that's not the problem. We have 60 members max limit, we only have 35 at the moment.

Ok I don't know what is going on, our clan had 60 spots max limit. But when I goto members management it says I may have 25?? I even have proof on the spendings that I used clan bank on more member space. So did it get reverted to 25 cause the new patch or what?

Hmm, collect all your proof via screenshots, and submit a Support Ticket explaining the problem.

You may have to wait up to 3 days for a reply from Admin.

Same on here and i already sent a Ticket.

My clan got 50 members spot...i bought it a long time ago.
But today i saw that i only can have 25 on clan management. >> WRONG!

I want my +25 members back :cool:
